Unlike traditional financial applications, Pocket Log does not collect or store any of the following:

• Your name, email, or contact details (unless you contact us via email).
• Your financial records, balances, or transaction history.
• Your location data or IP addresses in our application database.
• Device-specific identifiers for tracking purposes.

2. Local-First Architecture

All data you enter into the Daily Expense Tracker or other tools is stored exclusively in your browser's LocalStorage. This is a private area on your own device that our servers cannot access. When you close your browser or refresh the page, your data remains safely on your device until you decide to clear it.

3. Log Files & Infrastructure

We use standard hosting services that generate basic log files. These files contain technical data like browser types and timestamps, which are used solely for monitoring site health and preventing abuse. This data is anonymized and never linked to your personal financial calculations.

4. Third-Party Libraries

We use reputable Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) to load libraries like Tailwind CSS and Lucide Icons. These CDNs may collect basic technical information required to serve the files, subject to their own privacy policies. We do not share any user-entered data with these providers.

5. Cookies

Pocket Log does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We believe in a clean, non-invasive web experience.

6. Your Data Rights

Since your data is stored locally, you have total control. You can:

• Delete your data by clearing your browser cache/storage.
• Use the "Clear Data" button within specific tools.
• Export your data manually by copying it (if supported by the tool).
